A new hire!

Ilse van Aert did an internship with us at the end of 2020 – in the middle of the first corona year – full-time and because of the lockdown, from home. An internship unlike any other, at home and thus without colleagues at the office. Far from ideal, but she accomplished it with flying colors. Not just that, she decided to apply for a job with us after completing her studies and that was a bull’s-eye!

We are very pleased that we can now really welcome her to our office at the Apollolaan, as the new pivot in the employment law section!

Ilse van Aert

Ilse is curious, analytical, committed and level-headed. She finds practical and workable solutions and has an eye for both the business and personal side of a case. Ilse completed her Master's degree in Employment Law at Leiden University and studied for six months at the University of Copenhagen. She worked as a paralegal at a niche firm in Amsterdam before joining Höcker Advocaten.
