Chambers Global about Höcker Advocaten

With thanks to our clients we received an excellent ranking in this year’s Chambers Global guide.

The Intellectual Property department – mostly trade mark/copyright was ranked in Band 3: “Impressive IP team with particular expertise representing collecting societies and artist associations in anti-piracy proceedings, licensing issues and copyright levy matters. Frequently acts for media and fashion distributors on counterfeiting cases. Also advises on files relating to digital rights of artists and content creators.”

We are proud of the fact that Jacqueline Seignette maintained her personal ranking in Band 3. She receives praise for her “strategic overview” of cases.
