Copyright Revisited at the Netherlands Film Festival

On 1 October, the session “Copyright Revisited”, about copyright and fees in the film industry, took place at the Netherlands Film Festival. Copydan’s Lone Amtrup explained the Danish model of copyright remunerations. Marijn Kingma spoke about the Dutch remunerations, and about the possible consequences of two new European directives (the Online Broadcasting Directive and the DSM Directive).
